Eindhoven
Residents of Eindhoven can request a Cure environmental card at the Cure customer service after registration.
Geldrop-Mierlo
New residents of an existing or new home can request a municipal card for free within 6 weeks after registering. You can do this with our customer service. You do need to be officially registered to the address. After 6 weeks you'll pay €15 for the municipal card.
Valkenswaard
New residents of an existing or new home can request a environmental card for free within 3 months after registering. You can do this with our customer service. You do need to be officially registered to the address. This also counts when you move within the municipality. After 3 months, you'll pay €15 for the environmental card.
No, you cannot take waste from the waste recycling points home.
If your environmental card is broken, you can request a new one for free. If you have lost your environmental card, you can request a new one for €15. In both cases, contact your municipality.
You can bring up to 35 m² to the waste recycling points. To do this, you'll have to contact the Cure customer service at least one day in advance. Call 040-2500 130 to report the asbestos.
Asbestos requires double packaging in a thick, plastic foil (at least 2mm thick, available at the construction store). The creases need to be carefully folded and taped shut. Asbestos that isn't (properly) packed will NOT be accepted. It is not allowed to pack asbestos at one of the waste recycling points.
Residents of Valkenswaard need to present a demolition notice. You can request or print this on the municipality's website.
Eindhoven
Residents of Eindhoven can use the following waste recycling points, upon presentation of a valid Cure environmental card:
- Lodewijkstraat 9 (5652 AC, Eindhoven)
- Achtseweg Noord 41 (5651 GG Eindhoven)
Geldrop-Mierlo
Residents of Geldrop, Mierlo and Heeze-Leende can use the following waste recycling point upon presentation of their municipality/environmental card and valid ID: Waste recycling point Industrieweg, Industriepark 8 (5663 PG, Geldrop).
Valkenswaard
Residents of Valkenswaard and Heeze-Leende can use the following waste recycling point upon presentation of their municipality/environmental card and valid ID: Waste recycling point De Vest (De Vest 15, 5555 XL, Valkenswaard) ingang via De Oase.
Only residents of Geldrop-Mierlo can use the waste recycling points. Camping visitors cannot bring their waste here.
To enter the waste recycling point, you need valid ID. Make sure you always have your Cure environmental card (Eindhoven), municipal card (Geldrop-Mierlo), environmental card (Valkenswaard) or waste recycling point card (Heeze-Leende) and your ID. Without these cards, you will not gain access to the waste recycling points.
A waste recycling point is a collection point to bring bulky waste. This means bulky waste, great amounts of waste (like gardening waste), or waste from consumer goods like fridges and household appliances.
If your Cure environmental card is broken, you can request a new one through the Cure customer service.
When you request a new Cure environmental card, your old one will be blocked. If you find your old card after requesting a new one, you will not be able to use the old one anymore. You can dispose of the card the way you would of PBD (Plastic, Cans and Drinking cartons).
A new Cure environmental card costs €15,00.
Yes, you can. If you don't live in Eindhoven, you can still offer waste from an address in Eindhoven. In this case, you can use the Cure environmental card connected to that address.
NB: the first 12 visits each year are free. From the 13th visit you will pay €20 per 2 cubic metres.
You can only pay by card.
Per visit to a waste recycling point, you can offer 2 m3 of waste. The waste should be sorted.
Eindhoven
At some moments, the waste recycling points can be very busy and have long lines. You can take this into account by visiting at a quieter time.
Generally, the waste recycling points in Eindhoven are mainly busy at the weekend. The waiting times can run up to half an hour.
Quiet times:
- Monday to Saturday: the last two hours before closing;
- Tuesday and Thursday.
