Did we forget to empty your container? That can happen, but we understand it's inconvenient for you. If you report this within 2 business days, we will still come by to empty your container. We kindly ask you to completely fill in the attached form.

Was there a tag on your container on the day it was not emptied? Then there is probably a reason why the bin has not been emptied. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service by telephone. In this case, you do not need to fill in the form.
